14. Everyone is asked to treat the studio with respect. Use the garbage bins and clean up after yourself please.
15. Unless an alternative agreement has been made with the Director all fees should be paid before the end of term
16. Students with outstanding fees will not be permitted to join classes or performances until such time as the fees have been paid or alternative arrangements have been made.
17. Generally speaking the studio is considered a "closed classroom." Studies have proved that children respond better and participate more when parents/care givers/friends/relatives do not watch classes. However we are flexible with younger students on their first few visits to our studio. Parents of younger children are invited to watch the first few classes that their children attend. Once the children become familiar with their surroundings and comfortable with the teacher we do ask that the parents stop attending. At the end of a term that does not include a formal performance we run "Open Studio Week.' All parents are invited to watch their children in the final class of the term.
